Who operates the service
todo.academy is operated by Phoenix Soft Inc.
Account and access data
A receipt email, passwordless session, and entitlement records are used to verify paid access. A typed email by itself does not authorize account access.
Payments
Lemon Squeezy processes checkout and payment details for Phoenix Soft Inc. The public website bundle does not store payment-card details.
Learning progress and practice state
The learning workspace stores progress, completion evidence, preferences, and practice state needed to resume lessons. Some state may remain only on the current device, so the recovery export should be preserved before clearing site data.
Waitlists and team interest
When you join a course waitlist or team-training interest list, the submitted email, requested topic, page context, and a privacy-limited visitor identifier may be stored to provide the requested update and prevent duplicate entries.
Product analytics
The analytics contract excludes email addresses, names, checkout tokens, restore tokens, terminal history, commands, and user-entered lab content. The analytics provider is currently disabled while consent and governance are evaluated.
Support
Private support records are loaded only for a signed-in learner with eligible paid access. Support messages may contain the issue details and course context that the learner chooses to submit.
Skills credentials
Credential records can include the achievement definition, issue date, status, evidence reference, and a learner-chosen display name. Learners can keep a credential private and choose whether to share a verification page or artifact.
Service providers
todo.academy uses Lemon Squeezy for payments, Supabase for account and protected application data, and Vercel for hosting and application delivery.
Safer practice data
Do not paste passwords, API keys, private keys, customer data, production configuration, or other secrets into learning exercises. Use course-provided and synthetic values.
Choices
You can keep a skills credential private, choose whether a display name is shown, unsubscribe from update messages, sign out, and preserve or remove device-local learning state using the workspace controls.
